What is Leadership Challenge Week?
Leadership Challenge Week (LCW) is a unique concept at Heathfield Sixth Form. Students are given the opportunity to enhance their leadership skills throughout the year as they work towards this special event which takes place towards the end of the summer term. This year, LCW involved the Sixth form taking over and running the entire school for the day. Students spent several weeks planning and preparing for this one special day when they took assembly, taught lessons, organised a range of exciting activities, eg a trash fashion event, and arranged a special lunch. Everyone has a role to play, and everyone has the chance to lead.
